"I reached out to Jay with Tilsatec, to see if we could brainstorm a glove that would work for our facility. We had a need for an ANSI A9 cut level glove, that included a sleeve to cover the arm, as well as an application where team members remove hot materials from a steam dryer. We were able to develop a glove, test, get feedback, and make adjustments until we reached a solution that met all 3 needs. Tilsatec worked so well with us, and did not charge us for any of the trial gloves. Also, we needed to make a change later based on user feedback, and that change was made without issue. In addition to having a great glove, we also are saving a great deal of money. This is because we were able to eliminate three products and get into one gleeve solution."
